Absolutely delicious food (fabulous steaks done perfectly, and I'm very picky when it comes to steak), good wine, great service and staff in general, and even though there were plenty of other diners it still felt intimate. From where we were sat you could see the church illuminated through the window which was lovely. The decor of the restaurant and bar is smart, but also comfortable and unpretentious - my partner has very little patience for overly fancy places that make you feel uncomfortable, but he loves Brooks and says it is his favourite place to eat out in Oswestry. We will definitely be coming here again in the future, it's a real gem!April 25, 2017
